Here's a funny thought. How about instead of MacDonalds finding out your preference and giving you what you like to eat, MacDonalds hopes that you could start to like eating what's easiest for them to make.
To a certain extent, that's what George Bush is saying by suggesting that "If we can encourage China to become a country of consumers, you can imagine what it would mean for US producers and manufacturers to have access to that market"
If you can't change yourself to suit the market, maybe you can change the market to suit you. Radical (and very hopeful) thinking from the Harvard MBA.
Shirley's going for ANOTHEr eye test today. I'm sure some of you would have long suspected why she chose me to be her hubby. Now you know. Poor eyes. ;)
My aunt took a tumble down some stairs recently. No bones broken but she did finally break her record of never taking leave in all her 38 years of working at Swee Lee. She's taking a well deserved break albeit in undesirable circumstances (too many puns there?)
It's a long weekend coming up this week. The Melbourne Cup is running on tuesday so we've got monday and tuesday off. Haven't worked out what to do yet but swimming is on Ginger's itinerary.
Getting back to work. Lots to do before I leave early to pick shirley up.
