I've openly declared before that I've always hoped to be an author.
For clarity : At some point in my life, I hope to write something that people (50 at least) will buy, read and enjoy.
So while I've tried to collate some topics and ideas together (fiction would be easier than non-fiction, seeing as I'm not an expert at anything), I think I've finally narrowed it down to a genre of writing.
I want to write funny.
Aside from the fact that I've been binge-ing on standup comedy recently, I've always harboured a special envy of comedy writers on sitcoms and comic writers. My frail ego doesn't allow me to do stand up comedy and my artistic ability doesn't extend beyond stickmen but I love the idea of entertaining through funny thoughts and ideas.
So I'm going to try and polish my funny bone by writing on my blog. Hopefully, it'll be a step towards my goal. I'll open them up to comments and feedback so I'd appreciate some constructive critcism but go easy. :)
