Wow. Almost two weeks since my last post. As some of you may know, my parents and some of my extended family were in town.
Up until sunday we've been to the Dandenongs, The Tessellar Tulip Festival, Sassafras (for Miss Marple's Scones), Domaine Chandon Winery, Greyhound Racing, Camberwell Market, St Kilda Arts Centre Market, St Kilda Beach and Acland Street, The 12 Apostles, Lygon St (Brunetti's ! cakes galore !) Queen Victoria Market, Essendon DFO, Toorak (for Pacific Seafood), Horse Riding, Grampians for hiking and abseiling, Royal Melbourne Hospital (Shirley twisted her ankle), Emirates Park Stud Farm (where we saw baby foals less than 24 hours old), Chapel St and Prahan and last but not least, Campbellfield's Pipeworks Market.
Look up for a second. You see that hole in the ozone layer ? Yeah. That was me. My bad. :P
So you can see why I haven't posted for a while.
I've got some pix that I'll put up soon.
Shirley's out of commission for a while. It was a pretty bad fall that she had in the Grampians. At least it forces us to take a breather after all that activity.
Once I've settled back into my routine I'll post a few more details and updates.
