Joecities

Shirz pointed out to me last nite that joecities is top of the google list. Cool ! Well, it's top only if you type in 'joecities' into the search engine.. and I really doubt anyone would. Still, maybe we should start thinking about putting in some ads into this place :D

Don't think it'll be able to beat istockphoto.com though in terms of revenue generation. I've just put in a request for them to send me my cheque. Go istock !

Scott starts working this week, Om started last week and Hidi a couple of weeks ago. So this kind of marks a turning point in terms of converting from classmates to friends. All these people are getting busier, and it's gonna take more effort to maintain friendships. Chatting with hidi over drinks, we realised that it's so much easier to stay friends when you see each other in school but it's harder when you move in different directions. Guess it's good that I've got friends who still try to keep in touch with me even though I haven't been as diligent.

On another note, I managed to get a copy of Singapore Rebel and watched it. To be honest, it wasn't very interesting at all. At one stage, i watched it running in the background while I was multi-tasking. I think 'Tak Giu' is a much better use of time. Started watching Shaun of the dead yesterday (A romantic comedy. With zombies.). The first 10 mins I watched looked pretty good. Will have to get back to it tonight.

Might try to get the google adsense running over this week, just for a laugh. :)
