One media worker has been charged and several others are under investigation for attempting to smuggle artifacts out of Iraq. Fox News engineer Benjamin James Johnson was arrested at a US airport when custom officials found 12 paintings in his luggage taken from a palace belonging to one of Saddam Hussein's sons. Fox News said Johnson had subsequently been sacked.
